When calling [Create an Inquiry](/api-reference/inquiries/create-an-inquiry), only use `theme-id` and `theme-set-id` for Legacy and Dynamic Flow [Inquiry Templates](/inquiry-templates) respectively. We've verified that this change will not affect existing integrations.
