A case in Persona represents an interaction between an organization and an individual that requires manual review. The case includes related objects such as inquiry(s), account(s), and report(s).
A case can have one of a few statuses representing where it is in its lifecycle. Refer to the table below for an explanation of these statuses.
Status | Description |
---|---|
open | The case is ready to be reviewed or actioned on. |
resolved | The case has been reviewed and will have an associated resolution . The resolution is a string configurable on the case template. Default resolutions are "Approved" and "Declined". |
closed | DEPRECATED. The closed status is being deprecated in favor of resolved. |
