Cases

A case in Persona represents an interaction between an organization and an individual that requires manual review. The case includes related objects such as inquiry(s), account(s), and report(s).

A case can have one of a few statuses representing where it is in its lifecycle. Refer to the table below for an explanation of these statuses.

openThe case is ready to be reviewed or actioned on.
resolvedThe case has been reviewed and will have an associated resolution. The resolution is a string configurable on the case template. Default resolutions are "Approved" and "Declined".
closedDEPRECATED. The closed status is being deprecated in favor of resolved.
