Lists

A list helps you automatically identify inquiries that match a set of predefined characteristics. For example, you might want to decline all inquiries that are created from a known set of suspicious IP addresses, or that are associated with government ID numbers from known fraudsters. Alternatively, you may want to approve all inquiries associated with a set of vetted email addresses.

To automatically take action on a list match, you can set up a Persona workflow to automatically approve or flag each inquiry that matches a particular list.
