A Persona account groups together all information you’ve collected from an individual user (a single person or business), and lets you view their entire history on Persona in one place.

For example, if you require your users to verify during your onboarding (inquiry 1), and re-verify a year later (inquiry 2), you can link the two inquiries from the same user to the same account. Any Persona reports, cases, and documents related to the user are also associated with the account.

Accounts help you spot patterns or inconsistencies across data from the same user, and help you prevent users from completing extra, unneeded inquiries.

Getting started
