Cases

A casecase - An object that represents some set of information (i.e. inquiries, accounts, and reports) that must be manually reviewed. in Persona represents an interaction between an organization and an individual that requires manual review. The case includes related objects such as inquiryinquiry - A single instance of an individual attempting to verify their identity.(s), accountaccount - An entity that captures all the interactions (i.e. inquiries) between an individual and an organization, typically representing an individual in the organization's system.(s), and reportreport - A compilation of additional information about an individual.(s).

A casecase - An object that represents some set of information (i.e. inquiries, accounts, and reports) that must be manually reviewed. can have one of a few statuses representing where it is in its lifecycle. Refer to the table below for an explanation of these statuses.

Description

open

The case is ready to be reviewed or actioned on.

resolved

The case has been reviewed and will have an associated resolution. The resolution is a string configurable on the case template. Default resolutions are "Approved" and "Declined".

closed

DEPRECATED. The closed status is being deprecated in favor of resolved.
